Baumraum is an innovative planning co-operative based in Germany who specialise in designing and constructing treehouses and other structures including viewing platforms and adventure play units.  Imagine staying in a treehouse in a forest, which would offer guests a real sense of ‘getting away from it all.’  Baumraum have designed a number of inspiring treehouses in Germany and internationally.

Something a little bit different DasPark Hotel is a new concept in accommodation which enables ‘hotel rooms’ to be introduced to parks and other settings to provide accommodation for a specific event or longer term.  Simply a truck with a crane attachment is required to lift the ‘pods’ into place and you are basically set to go.

The rooms are constructed out of ‘drain pipes’ and when you book guests are provided with an access code to access their ‘pod’.   Rooms come equipped with a double bed, storage space, light, power, a woolly blanket and a light cotton sleeping bag.  Catering and washing facilities are provided by the site operator.
