Something a little bit different but this was mentioned at a conference I attended today. The New Forest, in southern England, have started to market the ‘New Forest Breakfast’ it is a breakfast which is served in hotels, B&Bs and at visitor attractions within the New Forest. You may ask when am I writing about this? Well to qualify the breakfast must use:
- Organic produce where possible;
- Seasonal ingredient and
- Local produce is sourced i.e. reducing food miles
