Labour - cut CO2 by 60% by 2050
Conservatives cut  CO2 by 80% by 2050
Liberals - cut CO2 by 60% by 2050 (though maybe more)

East Midlands Airport

East Midlands Airport is planning to reduce its carbon footprint - by 2012 they hope that their operation will be carbon neutral.
They have recently submitted a proposed to install four wind turbines which could provide 10% of their power and they use a ground source heat pump to heat part an extension.
