How does the behaviour of an individual change in respect of reducing their carbon footprint? I think it’s an evolving process.

If you are concerned about carbon offsetting programmes it may be worth reading an article published in the Financial Times earlier in the  year.  It’s kind of worrying if the consumer doesn’t have faith in carbon offsetting programme.
