30% bio-fuel blend in a commercial jet engine

Green Car Congress reports that “CFM International has successfully carried out an initial test of a CFM56-7B engine using an ester-type biofuel at Snecma’s Villaroche facility near Paris. Carbon neutral homes

Mortgage Strategy reports that carbon neutral homes are a long way off being produced – “it will be decades before we can build eco-towns of zero carbon homes, saying that housing shortage will continue to drive up prices and therefore constrain the ability to build, and pay for, carbon neutral homes.”  Read more here.
