Changing consumer needs

Research from Australia indicates that 1 in 5 people are considering abandoning air travel because of its contribution to global warming.  The changing needs of tourists are having an impact on the travel industry with, for example, the introduction of carbon off-setting schemes being promoted by airlines.  Read more here.
